چکیده
Abstract Lactoferrin (LF) is known to possess anti-inflammatory activity, although its mechanisms of action are not well-understood. The present study asked whether LF affects the commitment inducible regulatory T cells (Tregs). substantially promoted Foxp3 expression by mouse activated CD4+T cells, and this activity was further enhanced TGF-β1. Interestingly, blocking TGF-β with anti–TGF-β Ab completely abolished LF-induced expression. However, no significant amount soluble released LF-stimulated suggesting that membrane (mTGF-β) associated. Subsequently, it found binds receptor III, which induces reactive oxygen species production diminishes mTGF-β–bound latency-associated peptide, leading activation mTGF-β. It followed phosphorylation Smad3 These results suggest Foxp3+ Tregs through III/reactive species–mediated mTGF-β activation, triggering canonical Smad3-dependent signaling. Finally, we suppressive facilitated mainly CD39/CD73-induced adenosine generation suppressor alleviates inflammatory bowel disease.

Integrin αVβ6-mediated activation of latent TGF-β requires the latent TGF-β binding protein-1
Transforming growth factor-betas (TGF-beta) are secreted as inactive complexes containing the TGF-beta, the TGF-beta propeptide, also called the latency-associated protein (LAP), and the latent TGF-beta binding protein (LTBP). Extracellular activation of this complex is a critical but incompletely understood step in TGF-beta regulation. We have investigated the role of LTBP in modulating TGF-be...

Objective(s): To investigate and test the hypotheses that TGF-β1 enhanced myocardial differentiation through Wnt/β-catenin pathway with rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs).Materials and Methods: Lentiviral vectors carrying the TGF-β1 gene were transduced into rat BMSCs firstly. Then several kinds of experimental methods were u...
متن کاملRegulatory T cells enhance mast cell production of IL-6 via surface-bound TGF-β.
Mast cell degranulation is a hallmark of allergic reactions, but mast cells can also produce many cytokines that modulate immunity. Recently, CD25(+) regulatory T cells (Tregs) have been shown to inhibit mast cell degranulation and anaphylaxis, but their influence on cytokine production remained unknown. In this study, we show that, rather than inhibit, Tregs actually enhance mast cell producti...
